Oslo Student Innovation 2016

Oslo Student Innovation provides professional advice on innovation and assistance with setting up your own business. They also organize competitions. Oslo Student Innovation is a collaborative partnership involving a number of organizations in the Oslo area: Oslo and Akershus University College, the University of Oslo (UiO), BI Norwegian Business School, the Kunnskap Oslo education alliance, Ungt Entreprenørskap (a Junior Achievement affiliated NGO), and the City of Oslo.


FORNY StudENT: Innovation support for students

Do you have less than six months to go before completing you Master’s degree, or have you just graduated? If so, FORNY StudENT may be the right scheme for you. FORNY StudENT was launched by the Research Council of Norway in order to encourage more entrepreneurs and successful businesses based on ideas put forward by students. The programme invites project funding applications for up to NOK 1 million.


Inven2 Start

Inven2 is a scheme run by the University of Oslo and Oslo University Hospital. The scheme’s ambition is to build a bridge between research and the industry of the future. Every year they select at least five winners of the Inven2 Start award, a start-up package for budding entrepreneurs.
