HI. San Francisco and Berkeley

We started our trip early in the morning at 16. August. 2011 and plane set off 6:30 from Oslo, after two and half hours we arrived at Paris. Boarding on a huge place with two floors indicated that we would spend quite a lot hours in the air. 

Our group arrived at San Francisco International Airport around 2:00 at local time on 16.August. A series of complicated processes we must go through before we could embrace California sunshine. Everything went smoothly without any problems. Strict visa-check and security check reminded me of measures American took to guard their country after 9.11. Talking in Norwegian loudly in public attracted lots of attentions.  Temperature was around 20 degrees that day and the sun was quite generous compared with sunshine in Oslo. Girls were excited to see the clean blue sky and opened arms to get in more sunshine as they could. 

We took a taxi to our apartment at Berkeley. It is a student housing where all kinds of facilities are perfectly affiliated with apartments. Our apartment is a three floors one with five bedrooms and four bathrooms. A spacious kitchen and living room provide us enough room to entertain us in many ways. Luxurious sofas, delicate carpet and glass tables decorate first floor in a simple yet elegant style. In the second floor there are three bedrooms, of which there is one double room with two beds inside. Third floor is basically divided into two rooms and my room looks like an attic with a quite tilting roof. Furnitures are available in all rooms and things we need to purchase are blanket, sheet and pillow. A supermarket called Target could meet all our needs with proper prices. After a rough settling down, headed we towards Target and we bought quite a lot necessities there. The first day was awful because of Jet-lag and tiring trip. We fell in sleep immediately after our beds were done.

I strongly recommend future students to live in Companile Court if they will travel in a group. This is an awesome place to live because of considerate decorations and  wonderful surroundings although price is little bit high. 

Next blog I will talk about outlet near San Francisco and those chic girls or guys should definitely pay a visit to outlet in America because shopping experience there is legendary. Tons of cheap attires and accessories are available in the whole outlet shopping mall. :)
