14th Annual Norwegian Stem Cell Networking Meeting

Open to all researchers, clinicians, industry representatives, patient groups and others with an interest in stem cell biology, research and applications.

Program

  • In vitro neurological disease models
  • Early zygotic development and stem cell pluripotency
  • 3D cell culture models
  • Preclinical and clinical stem cell research

As usual, the program will feature primarily short presentations from PhD students and postdocs, and the best PhD student presentation will again be awarded with a cash prize (and a handsome certificate and trophy).

The conference concludes with a gala dinner on the evening of October 31 (Halloween costumes not required).

Park will be speaking about his research into the mechanisms of iPS cell reprogramming and their use in modeling brain disease.

Kunath will be speaking about his use of iPS cells to create in vitro models of Parkinson´s disease.
