Marie S.-Curie - Innovative Training Networks

Marie S.-Curie Actions call on Innovative Training networks has now been published. Deadline: 15 January 2019.

The Innovative Training Networks (ITN) aim to train a new generation of creative, entrepreneurial and innovative early-stage researchers. ITN is part of the Marie Skldowska-Curie Actions.

These are three types of MSCA ITN:

European Training Networks (ETN)

Joint research training for several candidates, implemented by at least three partners from in and outside academia.

Typical size of the consortium is between 6-10 beneficiaries.

A maximum of 540 person-months will be funded per project.

European Industrial Doctorates (EID)

Joint doctoral training delivered by at least one academic partner entitled to award doctoral degrees, and at least one partner from outside academia, primarily enterprise.

A maximum of 180 person-months will be funded for projects with two partners, for more partners the maximum is 540 person-months.

European Joint Doctorates (EJD)

A minimum of three academic organisations form a network with the aim of delivering joint, double or multiple degrees. Joint supervision of the research fellow and a joint governance structure are mandatory.

A maximum of 540 person-months will be funded per project.
