Diku calls on education
The Norwegian Agency for International Cooperation and Quality Enhancement in Higher Education Diku has published calls within education and academic partnerships. Various deadlines.
The Norwegian Agency for International Cooperation and Quality Enhancement in Higher Education (Diku) aims to strengthen the quality of Norwegian education. Diku manages a number of national and international incentive schemes to promote quality in universities, colleges, and vocational schools.
Diku has now published calls on their website. An extract of the most relevant calls is described below.
Development of flexible and relevant education
The overarching aim of the call is to increase the flexibility and relevancy of distance learning at universities and colleges. All thematic areas are eligible to apply.
A minimum of 30 % own financial contribution is expected. Eligible costs do not include travel grants and major equipment purchases.

Support for development of Norwegian academic textbooks
Economic support may be given to the development of textbooks in Norwegian and Sami. Authors must submit their application through a publisher.

Active learning programme
Projects shall develop, test and evaluate new forms of student-active learning. The call is open for all thematic areas and aimed at projects that focus on full study programmes or larger thematic study areas.
Funding for up to NOK 5 million may be sought, with a project duration of three years.
