Using logos in presentations at trial lecture and public defence

Here you can find examples of logo usage at trial lecture and public defence

Collage of possible logos

The doctoral degree is awarded by the university, you are admitted as a PhD candidate at the Faculty of Medicine, and it is the Faculty which is responsible for the PhD programme. We would therefore like to encourage you to use the Faculty’s logo.

You are not obliged to use logos, but if you do use logos from other relevant institutions you must also use the Faculty’s logo. Other relevant institutions can be funding sources and hospitals.

Examples

We have prepared some examples of how logos can be presented on the front pages of your presentations. The files contain examples of logo usage and examples of the most frequently used logos. Use logos that are relevant to you and replace logos that are not relevant.

Three PowerPoint files:

  • Norwegian template logo for those of you who are going to use the Faculty’s Norwegian ppt-template for your lectures.
  • English template logo for those of you who are going to use the Faculty’s English ppt-template for your lectures.
  • Logo for those of you who are not going to use an established ppt-template.
