The project, led by UiO, will be carried out in close collaboration with Maksym Obrizan at Kyiv School of Economics.
Godager emphasizes that the initiative is more than a purely academic project:

“It is grounded in principles of mutual learning and knowledge exchange, while also helping to position Norway as a knowledge partner for Ukraine at a critical stage in the country’s development,” says Godager, adding:
“In the coming years, we will build expertise on how the health sector in Ukraine is organized. The knowledge we develop will be valuable for students, public administration, and industry stakeholders who wish to contribute to Ukraine’s recovery.”
