Background

I am currently working on the development of scientific software for analyses and quantification of experimental data in 3D mammal brain atlases, mapping from microcopy histological scans. Primarily work with image processing, classifier training, data structures in Python and it's industry standard scientific libraries, as well as frontend technologies such as React, TypeScript. I began programming in C++ with a focus on robotics in 2016. Since then, I have transitioned into scientific computing and currently specialise in biocomputing. I hold a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Software Engineering from the University of Hertfordshire.
