About the group

Our research is centred on:

  • Stability and change of dietary behaviours and factors influencing these from childhood through adolescence into adulthood.
  • Theory and evidence-based development, implementation and evaluation of interventions and policies to promote healthy eating habits.

The research has a special emphasis on understanding and combating social inequalities in dietary behaviours and on strategies to establish healthy eating habits early in the life course through school based interventions.
