This chromatin club will focus on two exiting areas of chromatin regulation, how genes are affected by mechanical forces or hormonal treatment. Andrea Halaburkova´s talk is titled "Remodeling of chromatin organization and transcriptional reprograming induced by mechanical forces" and Margrete Langmyhr will talk about "Deciphering Hormonal Treatment Resistance in ER+ Breast Cancer Using Single-Cell Multiome Analysis".
