About

Members of the Academy are offered structured support through annual meetings focusing on research leadership, networking, collaboration opportunities, career planning, and grant writing.

In 2025, the Academy initiated the development of its own mentorship programme, whereby each member will be assigned an individual mentor. The mentorship programme will be implemented in 2026.
