Det Glutenfrie Verksted is funding research on coeliac disease
Since January 2018, Det Glutenfrie Verksted by Monica Hellmann, Nordic Refreshment Company AS, has donated 1 NOK per bag of gluten free baking mix to research on coeliac disease. The donation is supporting research under the management by Prof Ludvig M. Sollid and Knut E.A. Lundin who are very grateful for this generous gift.

Now in July, the first donation is transferred based on the number of bags sold since January.
Det Glutenfrie Verksted wants to continue this contribution of 1 NOK per bag of gluten free baking mix every year for the next few years. "I want to give something back to the society by stimulating to more scientific research on coeliac disease, and to help making the life of people with coeliac disease easier", Hellman says.
