Background:

PhD student in the Mathelier group. 

BSc in Biology (Eotvos Lorand University), MSc in Biomedicine (Karolinska Institute) and MSc in Applied Data Science (University of Gothenburg)

Before joining NCMM, I worked with a few different topics including DNA FISH probe design, detection of DNA double strand breaks in ovarian cancer (computational analysis of the BLISS technique), creation of a predictive model for drug-induced mitochondrial toxicity from RNA-seq data and computational analysis and characterization of the DRUG-seq technique.

Current project:

I will work with transcriptional regulation in cancer; building a predictive deep learning model to stratify breast cancer subtypes.
