Section for Finance and HR Helsam
The finance officers manages the Institute's basic finances, budget, and externally-funded project portfolio included EU and other foreign projects.
The section performs the administrative follow-up of project ownership, and writes reports and financial management information for the Institute's management and project managers. The economy section performs running processing of bills and supporting documents in addition to budget work, accounting controls and reporting, travel expenses claims and reimbursements and hourly-paid employees.
The HR officers manages perform the administrative handling of the Institute’s recruitment and appointments, and perform case processing and provide advice regarding employees’ working conditions and regulations. Employment termination, leaves of absence and other absence, etc.
