Section for Research Administration Helsam
The Research Administration is responsible for key support functions related to external funding and other research administration
Our tasks include:
- Identifying and communicating relevant calls for proposals for HELSAM’s research activities
- Strategic advising, support, and quality assurance in the development of project proposals
- Administrative project coordination for externally funded EU projects (subject to agreed buyout), with responsibility for supporting project management, operational tasks, and reporting
- Providing support to project leaders in the startup phase of new projects
- Responsibility for CRISTIN/National Research Archive reporting on HELSAM’s scientific publications and output
- Advising, guidance, and assistance in internal control work related to UiO’s quality system for medical and health research
- Advising, guidance, and assistance in research involving personal data
- Advising on collaboration agreements (grant-funded and commission-based research)
