Academic interests

My research interests are in health informatics and public health, with a particular focus on the facilitation of services based on users’ health literacy, digital literacy and needs. I am dedicated to understanding how digital healthcare services can be enhanced by adapting to the interaction between healthcare professionals and patients and to the variability in end-users’ health literacy. I emphasize equitable access to services and integrate diversified methodological approaches in my work.
