Anna Macios is a biostatistician with a PhD in medical sciences. She is part of the Clinical Effectiveness Research Group and participate in several large scale multicenter projects, such as The Nordic-European Initiative on Colorectal Cancer (NordICC), European Polyp Surveillance trials (EPoS), and Artificial intelligence in colonoscopy for cancer prevention (ACCEPT).
Anna Macios, was in January 2026 appointed Statistical Advisor at Endoscopy, the world's leading medical journal in endoscopy.
