Aradhana Singh is a postdoctoral fellow in the Department of Immunology at University of Oslo, Faculty of Medicine, Institute of Clinical Medicine. She earned her Ph.D. in Biotechnology from South Asian University, New Delhi, in 2025. During her Ph.D. studies, Aradhana concentrated on HIV-1 molecular virology, particularly exploring viral entry, maturation, and mechanisms of drug resistance across different subtypes. Her work integrated experimental and computational approaches, including antiviral assays, resistance profiling, proteomics, and molecular docking. Within the COMBINE project, she aims to study host-cell responses to Marburg virus using advanced proteomics and mass spectrometry approaches, and to characterise host cell signalling pathways activated by the virus across multiple human cell systems.
