Academic interest
With training in bioinformatics, I am deeply interested in genetics and omics, focusing on Alzheimer’s disease, related dementias, and psychiatric disorders. My research applies advanced statistical and computational methods to large-scale genomic and multi-omic datasets, investigating both polygenic influences and rare variant contributions. My current project focuses on identifying the mechanisms underlying risk and resilience in ADRD.
