Responsibilities
My primary responsibilities are concerned with the development and administration of UiO Campus South, including student counseling and external collaboration.
- Scheduling and administering the local teaching sessions of Module 4, Module 5 and Module 6 at the institute of clinical medicine, and Module 7 at the institute of health and society
- Educational support for local teachers (Teachers stationed in Oslo may also contact me for information and advice concerning streamed sessions to UiO Campus South)
- Organizing both the written and clinical exams for Module 4, Module 5 and Module 7 locally at UiO Campus South
- Economics and purchases
- ID-cards and access at Sørlandet hospital
- Technical support and management of IT-equipment
- Maintenance and administration of the local clinical training center
- Evaluation and student contact, ensuring individual adaptation, and student counseling
- Communication and marketing through social media, internal websites and local media (news articles etc.)
- Recruitment of students through local (internal) admittance processes
- Recruitment of teachers for the local staff
- Safety delegate for UiO Campus South
- External communication and collaboration
