ADHDig Anxiety, Depression, Hyperkinesis, Digital

Many young people with ADHD and concurrent depression and/or anxiety feel that the help they receive is not adapted to their situation. In this project, we are developing digital tools that young people with such co-occurring difficulties can use in collaboration with health care services.

Digital intervention

We will develop a digital, therapist-guided intervention that will be made available on ung.no.

The aim of the project is to create online informational material that young people with ADHD and concurrent anxiety/depression can use together with school nurses and other mental health care workers in primary health care.

Target group

The target group for the project is young people aged 13–20 with ADHD and concurrent anxiety/depression.

User involvement

The online informational material is being developed in close collaboration with young people in the target group, mental health care workers in primary health care, and partners in clinical services, research, and digital services.

Researchers and user representatives will meet regularly throughout the development and pilot phases to ensure that the material is relevant and user-friendly.
