Legal requirements
NCMBM is responsible for complying with the requirements of the Working Environment Act. These responsibilities are also explained and reinforced by the regulations relating to internal control.
Internal controls
As an internal control, we undertake in brief and systematic health, environmental and safety activities with the aim of making improvements that reduce risk, keep hazards under control and enhance the working experience. The Internal control must be integrated into the company by the management, but to succeed everyone has a duty to participate.
Participation
All employees and students should:
- report deficiencies
- ask when in doubt
- suggest improvements
- share your knowledge
