Get to know your neighbours in the Life Science Building

NCMBM is organising a new seminar series in the Life Science Building this autumn. The series will give researchers and colleagues working in and around the building an opportunity to get to know each other’s research and the different research environments.

Speakers: Cecilie Morland and Tone Tønjum

Cecilie Morland, from the Department of Pharmacy, will present her work on "Lipid Droplets in the Brain: Protective Buffers or Metabolic Traps?".

Tone Tønjum, from the Department of Microbiology at Oslo University Hospital, will present her talk on "Mechanisms of antimicrobial resistance (AMR)"

About the seminars: Each seminar will feature two speakers, with around 20 minutes for each presentation followed by questions and discussion. We are inviting researchers from across the Life Science Building as well as from relevant research environments outside the building.
