Nordic EMBL Partnership: Annual Meeting in Oslo

NCMM will host the 9th annual meeting of the Nordic EMBL Partnership for Molecular Medicine. The meeting will be held in Oslo from 11-14 September at the Soria Moria Hotel.

Attendees include group leaders, postdoctoral and senior researchers, PhD students and coordinators from all of the Nordic EMBL nodes, as well as representatives from EMBL.

In addition, the steering committee, group leaders, coordinators and PhD students will have time for their own discussions to enhance collaborations among the nodes.

Tuesday 11 September

Wednesday 12 September

  • Young Investigators Meeting (YIM)
  • 14:30-16:30 - Partnership Steering Committee Meeting, followed by dinner downtown 
  • 17:00-18:30 – Partnership Admin Group Meeting, followed by dinner at the Soria Moria Hotel

Please note that the deadline for registration is 29 June 2018. 

Please also note that when you register, you are signing up for a conference package which includes lunch, dinner and breakfast every day of your attendance, ending with lunch on the 14th September. 

Meeting participants are welcome (and encouraged) to present posters. The poster session will be held before dinner on the 13 September. Please confirm via the registration form if you indeed intend to bring a poster so that we can contact you closer to the time for a poster abstract. The poster boards will accommodate posters of A0 & A1. 

Hotel and Travel Information

Please note that the NCMM administration will book all hotel accommodation on your behalf. You can indicate via the registration form how many nights' accommodation you require.
