The right to vote
All technical and administrative staff with at least a 50 % position have the right to vote. Temporary staff must at the day of election be employed in a position of at least one year in length.
Eligibility
Technical and administrative staff with a right to vote are eligible to the Faculty Board. To be eligible, the employee must be employed for the whole period of election, i.e. 1.1.2011 - 31.12.2014. Faculty Director, Assistant Faculty Director, heads of section at the Faculty administration and heads of administration at the institutes are not eligible.
The right to propose a candidate
All technical and administrative staff with a right to vote can propose candidates.
