The right to vote
All of the acedemic staff on fixed-term contracts, and Professor II, who have at least a 50 % position have the right to vote. Staff on fixed-term contracts must at the time when the election ends be employed for at least one year altogether in order to have the right to vote.
Eligibility
Academic staff on fixed-term contracts, including Professor II, with a right to vote, are eligible to stand for election. To be eligible, one must be employed for a period that covers the whole period one is elected for, i.e. 1.1.2014-31.12.2014. Leaders and deputy leaders of the institutes are not eligible.
The right to propose a candidate
Any academic staff on fixed-term contracts, and Professor II, with a right to vote, can propose a candidate.
