- 12:35-12:45: The chair introduces the Programme leaders of the Bachelor and Master's programmes
- 12:45-12:55: Where to get help with questions and problems? Information about MED Student Information, Speak up, Learning Environment Contacts, Ombud for Students and IT Help
- 12:55-13:05: Health Faculty Union, by Thea Emilie Olsen and The Student Society at HELSAM, by Adam Skare.
- 13:15 - 14:00: Separate meetings for sub-groups of students, programme coordinators and buddies
