The Main Reception Desk
The Institute’s Main Reception Desk is located on the ground floor (level 1) of Domus Medica.

Main tasks
- Enquiry desk for visitors
- Information on Domus Medica and the location of Departments and staff
- Access cards, keys and door signs for IMB’s employees and persons with affiliated status
- Reception and registration of applications for affiliate status at IMB
- First point of contact for guests and external members of staff
- Reception and distribution of enquiries to IMB
