T cell fate determination: a multi-omics approach
The development of thymocytes into CD4 and CD8 T cells is a classic model of lineage commitment, but the mechanism remains unclear. Together with my collaborators, we have jointly analyzed single-cell RNA and protein measurements to construct a timeline of CD4 versus CD8 T-cell development, identifying drivers of differential lineage commitment.
