Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic initiatives in collaboration with the Director and Associate Director.
• Lead and coordinate NCMBM’s relocation to the Life Sciences Building.
• Lead centre-level reporting, evaluation, and documentation.
• Coordinate governance processes, including the NCMBM Board and Scientific Advisory Board (SAB).
• Serve as Secretary to the Nordic EMBL Partnership for Molecular Medicine.
• Chair the NCMBM EDI Committee and serve on the Medical Faculty LIM.
• Coordinate recruitment processes for senior positions.
• Lead communications activities and support strategic outreach activities.
