Victor Greiff: Quantifying the specificity of adaptive immunity"

Abstract

Computational and machine learning approaches to predict immune status and antigen binding are presented. Implications for diagnostics, vaccine, and antibody design are discussed.  

 

Tero Aittokallio: Predictive modelling of drug combination effects for precision oncology

Abstract 

Computational-experimental approach to predict and test patient-selective drug combinations is presented in selected case studies in haematological malignancies.
