Making this large and excellent Faculty of Medicine even better requires long-term and strategic work. We are therefore running for re-election for a new period.
We have shown that through good, purposeful and inclusive collaboration we achieve a great deal, cf. Annual Report 2023-2024 (.pdf, in norwegian) and Annual Report 2025 (.pdf, in norwegian).
We are all dedicated professionals who bring together broad expertise and experience from research, teaching, administration and leadership across many different disciplines and various parts of the Faculty of Medicine and other arenas.
We are committed to representing the breadth of the faculty, and we will continue to collaborate closely with students, staff and other partners.

We will be visible ambassadors for the faculty both internally and externally and demonstrate clear leadership. The faculty needs a leadership that is present and in dialogue with the units.
Involve and collaborate
We believe that the best decisions are made when staff and students are part of the team. We will continue to develop good arenas for participation and encourage collaboration at all levels.
Decide, implement, evaluate
We will make clear decisions, implement the necessary measures and systematically evaluate their effects. We will continue to set direction and adjust course when needed.
