Nuclear lamina in cancer

Levels of A-type nuclear lamins often vary between tumors and within tumors, but their roles in cancer development are unclear. We study the role of lamin A/C, as a genome organizer, in breast cancer progression through EMT.

Ongoing research

  • A-type lamins and transcription factor dynamics in a breast cancer model of EMT
  • Relationship between the nuclear lamina, 3D genome organization and breast cancer progression
