For this purpose, we have implemented two different single-cell transcriptomics methods that either gives full-length transcript coverage of few hundred cells at time or high-throughput method that can sequence thousands of cells in one single experiment.
We have both wet lab biologists and bioinformatician in the group to generate and analysis the large amount of data.
Projects
- Characterise the gluten-specific pathogenic CD4+ T cells in celiac disease. Full-length transcript coverage including T-cell receptor information of sorted single cells using Smart-Seq2 protocol.
- Single-cell T-cell receptor sequencing and single-cell transcriptomics of CD3+ T cells in the bronchoalveolar lavage fluid of patients with Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis.
- High throughput single-cell transcriptomics of cod fish immune cells to charter the unique immune system in the absence of MHC class II and CD4+ T cells.
