Action 1

Carry out a pilot project on mentoring colleagues (including students) in connection with lectures for the MED, ERN (and OD) study programmes.

Expected outcome: By the end of 2023, the majority of our lecturers must have gone through the scheme.

Responsibility for the overall management and coordination: the Steering Group for the evaluation of teaching.

Action 2

Evaluate the experience gained and the effect of this pilot project.
