The Council ensures that servies provided by the department are available to all users of the facility.
The Advisory Council consist of five members: reprecenting the Faculty of Medicine (three members), the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (one member) and the Faculty of Dentistry (one member). Erle Linnea Fevåg, as Head of the department, participates at the meetings.
The Advisory Council shall propose solutions around the following areas:
- Strategy and choices ,including operating models and room logistics
- Risk assessment and evaluation of the level of hygiene requirements
- Prices and quota systems
- Services and routines affecting the users
- Cost-reducing and revenue-increasing measures, major procurements
