Human Resources Section

The section assists employees and management with various processes, including recruitment, hiring, contract extensions, and termination of employment. It also provides advice and addresses matters related to labor law, salary, vacation, attendance, leaves of absence, and occupational health and safety.

We support employees and management by

• Providing services in accordance with agreements and established expectations
• Facilitating effective and efficient recruitment processes
• Offering guidance in HR, occupational health and safety (HSE), and personnel administration
• Maintaining a thorough understanding of legislation, regulations, and contractual agreements
• Providing guidance and support to management in challenging personnel matters
