Faglige interesser

Jeg leder en forskningsgruppe ved Institutt for eksperimentell medisinsk forskning som bruker informasjon fra både forsøksdyr og pasienter til å forstå hjertets normale funksjon og sykdommer. I tillegg jobber jeg som overlege ved arytmiseksjonen ved Kardiologisk avdeling på Rikshospitalet.

Samarbeid

Min forskningsgruppe samarbeider tett med forskere og klinikere ved Kardiologisk avdeling på Rikshospitalet, og andre forskningsgrupper ved Institutt for eksperimentell medisinsk forskning. I tillegg har vi flere utenlandske samarbeidspartnere, bl.a. Professor Mark E. Anderson ved Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine i USA, Professor Stephan E. Lehnart ved University of Göttingen i Tyskland, og Xander Wehrens ved Baylor College of Medicine i USA.
