We have two liquid chromatography – high resolution mass spectrometry instruments (Dionex Ultimate 3000 HPLC-Q Exactive Orbitrap, and Vanquish Horizon HPLC-Orbitrap Fusion Tribrid). For sample preparation we have all equipment needed including a manual puncher for dried blood spots, centrifuges, thermomixers and vortex.
We have competence in global metabolomics and global lipidomics analysis of dried blood spots, plasma, serum, urine, cerebrospinal fluid, tear fluid, bile.
For other types of sample material please contact us and we will find a way. All sample materials are analyzed using the same analytical method (global metabolomics or global lipidomics). This approach enables us to use our in-house library of about 1000 compounds for identification of compounds detected, regardless of type of material analyzed.
For identification of compounds not included in our steadily growing in-house library we have a number of different tools available.
