Onsdag 7. oktober holder Nataliia Kovalenko en åpen gjesteforelesning ved Universitetet i Oslo. Kovalenko er ekspert på helsefinansiering og har mer enn 15 års erfaring som rådgiver for offentlige institusjoner og internasjonale organisasjoner i Ukraina.
